car was similar to what I booked. NO issues with the car. Would have liked a person to go over the car function with us. One issue was the key fob needed a new battery. Spent well over an hour trying to find a store to replace it. Not easy in a resort area. Wasted my time on vacation.

Car was in perfect condition. Had no problems throughout 5 days. Pricing on all rental cars is too high. Also it would have been helpful to have company person available to answer some basic questions about operation of car. Cars are so complicated now☹️

Not having to take a shuttle to the car rental place was super convenient. The counter staff was efficient in the rental process- fastest I’ve ever had. We selected the wild card car and loved our Toyota Corolla. No issues

Affordable upgrade to a mid size from compact. Better value. Easy of selecting the car we wanted. Excellent drop off process. Car was dirty and had been smoked in by previous renters. No amount of air freshener helped.

I liked the fact that I was able to get a car. I did not like that I was unable to directly contact the rental location when my flight was delayed. The worse part was that I was shut out when I arrived 5 minutes to night night at Atlanta Airport. The drop off at Atlanta was also poor.

The car was in good condition and arrived from service within 3 minutes of our starting to wait for a car. Long, long wait in line... but, on the other hand, we were not in a hurry.

It is not so easy to find Dollar, except if you know it is a Hertz brand. Consider informing customers they have to go to Hertz desk.

Easy to find. Terrible cigarette smell in the car! Impossible to get rid of during the whole time. Absolutely disgusting situation for a not smoking person. Weak car also in very bad condition.

I liked and trusted the counter staff and the car drop off person. The customer support staff need training. I went from reporting my flight was delayed and needing to make a change, to I may not have a car waiting for me in San Francisco on arrival. I knew better and trusted Dollar would take care of me.

Ease of drop/off pick up. Friendliness of staff and how accommodating they were with upgrade. Loved the fact that I could go to a row of cars and select the one I wanted. Actually thought I had signed up for a compact or small SUV and didn't like the choice of the vehicle that was available (too small) so had to upgrade.

Very reasonable price. The staff were courteous. It appears that easyway is a car rental company which operates this particular dollar car rental, this was confusing when we first arrived. Also there is no specific shuttle pickup areas for this car rental.

The car was great, I liked the cleanliness. I liked the 5 star system, but it was not explained well by the rep. The Dollar counter was closed, we had to deal with Hertz, which was fine, but there were just 2 representatives and at least 8 people in line. I think it would be smarter to rent from the company directly.

Easy to get to the Dollar location once I realized it was walking distance and I didn't need to wait for the shuttle. The car had a very faint cigarette smell. Not bad but noticeable. There were no electric vehicles available to rent. Please consider including Tesla or similar models in the future.

We liked the car a lot We had an early morning car return at Sarasota airport. There were no baggage trolleys to help with the luggage. No personnel on duty to call for help either. Made things difficult as we had a lot of luggage
