Going down stairs to pick up my car and looking where to go. Car Enterprises told me where to go. Even then there were no Thifty stations to wait. Was confusing to me. A maintenance person pointed out the rep to me and to just walk out in the lot to meet him.

Mandatory insurance was not included in price of booking (if it is mandatory, why so you not show it upfront? I do not have a choice of not getting it so the cost ended up being 4 times what published on the site).
Car was handed over with a partial tank (not accurate enough to measure); should have been handed over full, which is standard.

Good car, Hyundai i30, in good condition with relatively low mileage. Very efficient and helpful staff. Reasonably easy collection and drop-off.Car key (electronic) was difficult at times. Staff at drop-off noted it had been replaced twice by manufacturer but still not working properly. Should be fixed before car is used again and not hard to test.
